Today in Family History - 05 Jan

My 5th great-grandparents Moses Spencer and Judith Ayres (Baldwin line) were married on this day in 1786 in Buckingham County, Virginia [1, 2, 3, 4, 5].

My 7th great-grandfather Daniel Guerin, Sr. (Baldwin line) was born on this day in 1663 in Saintonge, Saint Nazaire, France [6]. He is the immigrant Huguenot ancestor for the Guerrant line.

My 7th great-grandparents John Marshall and Elizabeth Markham (Anders line) were reportedly married on this day in 1721 in Alexandria, Alexandria, Virginia. (John and Elizabeth are also the grandparents of Chief Justice John Marshall.) I do not have any primary or secondary documentation for this date. If you know of any, please leave a comment.
